N.R. Kelley Intermediate School Comprehensive Education Plan
The Kelley School SCEP outlines a clear, student-centered approach to school improvement for the 2025–2026 academic year. Developed through collaboration with staff, families, and students, the plan focuses on three core instructional strategies: creating a strong culture of data-driven decision-making, strengthening differentiated and specially designed instruction (SDI), and building sustainable systems of academic and behavioral support through MTSS (Multi-Tiered Systems of Support).
In addition to academic goals, the plan also emphasizes improving school climate and enhancing family and community engagement. With clear performance benchmarks and progress monitoring systems, this plan ensures a strong, inclusive learning environment for all students.
