Newark CSD Capital Project Vote
Thursday, December 17, 2026 | 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Location: Newark High School Gymnasium, 625 Peirson Avenue
Newark CSD residents will vote on a proposed $33.73 million capital project to improve school buildings, facilities, and grounds throughout the District.
Proposed Funding:

$4.5 million from the existing capital reserve
-
Up to $29.23 million in bonds, with available state aid offsetting the cost
Absentee, Early Mail & Military Ballots

Military ballot applications must be received by 5:00 PM on November 21, 2026. All early mail and absentee ballots must be received by 5:00 PM on December 17, 2026.
