Lincoln Elementary School Building Plan for Excellence

The Lincoln School Building Plan for Excellence (BPFE) outlines our school’s strategic goals and targeted actions to support student achievement and well-being for the 2025–2026 school year. Developed collaboratively by staff, families, and school leaders, the plan focuses on three key instructional priorities: fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making, delivering high-quality differentiated instruction, and strengthening Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS). Additionally, the plan emphasizes strong family partnerships, community connections, and safe, supportive communication systems. Together, these efforts aim to enhance academic performance, improve attendance, and ensure every student has the tools to thrive.
