The Newark High School Building Plan for Excellence outlines a strategic roadmap for academic achievement, student support, and community engagement in the 2025–2026 school year. Informed by student feedback, performance data, and staff collaboration, the plan focuses on three key instructional strategies: strengthening a culture of data-driven decision-making, delivering high-quality differentiated and specially designed instruction, and expanding Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS). Non-instructional goals emphasize school safety, restorative practices, and growing meaningful partnerships with families and local businesses.
