The bus purchase proposition passed by a vote of 328 to 113.
Also in the election, two, three-year terms on the Board of Education were won by incumbent Miranda Brooks-Ruggeri with 288 votes and newcomer Brandy Stephens with 301 votes.
Brooks-Ruggeri, who is just completing her first, three-year-term on the BOE and Stephens will begin the new terms on the Board July 1st.
This morning, Superintendent Susan Hasenauer expressed great appreciation for Brooks-Ruggeri and Stephens running for seats on the BOE and for the ongoing support of the NCSD educational program by district voters and thanked everyone that voted.
