|Students wishing to appeal their loss of privileges may do so in writing. Appeals are typically accepted at the five week mark of the first, second, third and fourth quarters and for special circumstances.
Students that submit successful appeals that lead them to receive their privileges meet all appeal deadlines and are able to describe in detail how a hardship led them to lose their privilege. They also show clearly how they overcame the obstacles associated with the hardship to improve their academic and/or behavioral standing. Students must include specific evidence that they have improved. For example, progress reports from teachers.
